Presidents Award 2004
This award is an annual prize open to employees of MTV Europe who do charity work on company time which is possible through the MTV Action Plan and the MTV Europe Foundation. In Feb 2004 I got the Foundation to fund a photo course for kids at a drop in centre for young refugees. First Prize: Best Corporate Video 1997 TV ONTARIO TELEFEST AWARDS Telefest is an annual event for students of film, television and radio. My production, On A Wing and a Prayer, was a fundraising video for the Wild Bird Care Centre in Ottawa Hobbies Mainly it’s B+W photography, but now and again I still pull out a guitar and play some blues or folkie/country stuff. (Jimi Hendrix, Johnny Winter, Jimmy Page and Stephen Stills are some of my favourite players) And when I've got the time I love to read history books and biographies. |
