We sometimes have students who can not
attend courses for a variety of reasons. Our terms and conditions
of payment have to be applied to ALL cases in order that a fair policy
is applied to everyone. These terms and conditions are not negotiable.
We have certain costs that need to be met in order that we can fund
and run both our courses we provide for individuals and those we provide
for local community groups.
Our Terms and Conditions are set out to be as accommodating as possible
whilst insuring Zoom In against loss of income through cancellations.
Zoom In exists to provide education and services through photography.
Zoom In promotes the attainment of independent goals through creativity,
education, inspiration, encouragement and support for individuals
and community groups. We form complementary partnerships with local
schools and organisations to ensure that our activities are relevant,
addressing a need, and accessible. The services that we provide have
been developed by committed voluntary staff. As a not-for-profit organisation,
all our proceeds are committed to providing workshops with community
groups aimed at those who may not otherwise have access to photography
such as excluded young people, refugees and asylum seekers. Please
help us to continue to help these groups with your support and co-operation.
Course fees must be paid in full prior to the start date of the course
to be attended. Failure to do so may mean loss of course placement
and any deposits paid to date.

Cancellations
Any cancellations from individuals and/or organisations who have booked
and paid for any course provided by Zoom In Ltd will be subject to
the following:

If more than one months notice
is given the course fee will be refunded subject to an administration
fee of £10

If less than one months notice
is given course fees will only be refunded if the place on the
course can be refilled, all refunds will be subject to an administration
fee of £10, except
-
If less than seven working days
notice is given no refunds will be available.

Transfers
Any individuals and/or organisations who have booked and paid for
any course provided by Zoom In Ltd, who wish to transfer to an alternate
course will be subject to an administration fee of £10. All transfers
will also be subject to the following conditions:

If more than one months notice
is given the student may transfer to another course subject to an administration
fee of £10

If less than one months notice
is given the student may only be transferred to another course if their place on
the originally booked course can be refilled. Any transfer will be subject to an
administration fee of £10, except

If less than seven working days
notice is given no transfers will be available.
