If a member of Zoom In’s staff, a volunteer, a
student, a member, or other client feels a grievance against any Zoom
In worker, volunteer, student, member or other client, or against
the organisation or its decisions as a whole, the following procedure
should be followed:
-
If appropriate, the aggrieved party should raise
the issue with the Photography & Education Project Worker
or the CEO of Zoom In, who will listen to their grievance and
attempt to find a solution.
-
If this is not appropriate (for example, if the
grievance is against the Photography & Education Project Worker
or the CEO, or if the aggrieved party prefers not to raise the
issue with the staff) then the aggrieved party should write an
account of the incident/problem, and deliver it to the following
address:
The Directors,
Zoom In Ltd,
Clapham Leisure Centre,
Clapham Manor St,
SW4 6DB
Zoom In’s Board of Directors will do their
best to resolve the matter within 5 working days.
At the beginning of any courses and workshops, the tutor should inform
students of this procedure. Volunteers will be informed of it when
they do their induction, and members when they join.
