Freelance Photography Tutor


Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Teaching designated courses on our scheduled course programme.
  • Teaching workshops with young people and hard to reach groups as part of our Community Projects / Education programmes.
  • Ensure Community Projects / Education programmes adhere to course curriculum.
  • Ensure all monitoring and evaluation forms are collated and delivered to Zoom In at start and end of course.
  • Attending meetings with the Project Co-ordinator with regards to course monitoring and evaluation.
  • Being aware of and ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Being aware of and ensuring compliance with Equal Opportunities policy.
  • Being aware of and ensuring compliance by students with Zoom In's regulations.
  • Being aware of and ensuring compliance with any other policies issued by the organisation.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Knowledge of both digital and film photography, and traditional processes from beginner to advanced level.
  • Previous photography teaching experience.
  • Experience of working with voluntary organisations and / or young people would be a bonus.
