Publicity
Materials consist of the following:

A
short statement* about the work (for press and display purposes) – maximum
500 words and preferably emailed to info@zoom-in.org.

200 invitations* for the opening night, this involves printing
the invitations and delivering them to: Exhibitions, Zoom In Ltd, Clapham
Leisure Centre, Clapham Manor street, London SW4 6DB.

We would also like an image of your work emailed in .jpg format
to info@zoom-in.org for inclusion on our web site and in case requested
by the press.
Publicity materials must contain the following:

Zoom In logo (scanned from these procedures or emailed in .jpg
format)

Sponsorship logo if necessary (scanned from these procedures or
emailed in .jpg format)

Title of exhibition and name of artist

Hanging of Work

Exhibitors must deliver all artwork to Zoom In prior to the date
of hanging.

Artwork must be finished and framed ready for hanging.

Clip frames and frames that cannot be securely attached to the
walls are not acceptable, glass mounted, wooden frames are best. Please
contact us for advice on 020 7720 2891.

Materials for hanging work such as mirror plates, screws etc must
be provided by exhibitors (short wide screws are best)

Some tools may be provided by Zoom In but it is advisable to bring
your own.

If postcards etc are to be available throughout the exhibition
facilities for displaying these must be provided.
