note there may be occasion when the exhibition end date
is extended and the date for the removal of work amended,
the contractor will be notified of any such changes to

RECEIPT OF ALL PUBLICITY DEADLINE:
Service Specification
Exhibiting Work
The contractor
will provide and deliver their own artwork completed and framed ready to
hang on the date specified above for delivery to Zoom In. The artwork must
be delivered to Zoom In prior to the date of hanging.
The contractor must take full responsibility for hanging their own work on
the dates specified above as agreed by Zoom In Ltd and the Bread and Roses
Public House. The contractor must take down their own work on the dates specified
above and leave the walls in good condition for the next exhibitor.
The organisation will provide assistance and some equipment for the hanging
of work and a mail out of approximately 100 (standard A4 letter).
Publicity Material
The contractor will provide their own publicity material by the publicity deadline
above. The contractor must keep to the above deadline for receipt of publicity
material in order for Zoom In Ltd to provide a mail out. Zoom In has its own
mailing list but if there are any specific contact addresses for the mail out
this must be supplied by the publicity deadline. Publicity material consists
of the following:
- A
short statement* about the work (for press and display
purposes) maximum
500 words and preferably emailed to info@zoom-in.org.
- 200
invitations* for the opening night, this involves printing
the invitations and delivering them to: Exhibitions, Zoom In
Ltd, Clapham Leisure Centre, Clapham Manor street, London SW4
6DB.
- We
would also like an image of your work emailed in .jpg format
to info@zoom-in.org for inclusion on our web site and in case
requested by the press.
- *All
publicity material must include the Zoom In logo, which can
be scanned from this contract or emailed in .jpg format. Any
beer promotions or other sponsorship must also be publicised
with the inclusion of the sponsors logo on all publicity materials.
This will be sent to you either in printed or .jpg format.
Sale of Work
Zoom In Ltd will not take any commission on sale of work. Zoom In will not
act as a point of sale for the artwork. The contractor will be responsible
for providing their own contact information regarding the sale and promotion
of their work.
The Contractor must comply with guidance from Zoom In staff and the management
of the Bread and Roses public house who will make the final decision on any
issues relating to the exhibitions.
Insurance
The organisation and The Bread and Roses Public House is not responsible for
the insurance cover of the contractors artwork or equipment. The Contractor
is responsible for the insurance cover of their own equipment and artwork.
Equal Opportunities
The contractor is expected to comply with the organisations equal opportunities
policy and abide by the code of conduct adopted as part of that policy. The
equal opportunities policy is available on request.
Health and Safety
The contractor is expected to comply with The Organisations health
and safety Policy and that of The Bread and Roses Public House and
abide by the code of practice adopted as part of that policy. The
Health and safety policy is available on request.
Fees
The contractor will be charged an administration fee as specified in printed
contract.
Termination
This contract may be terminated by The Organisation if The Contractor:
- Fails to comply with any aspect of the contract.
- Cannot
complete the work within the agreed time scale or any agreed
extension
- Has
brought the organisation into disrepute.
This
contract may be terminated by The Contractor if the organisation:
- Fails
to supply information, resources or support deemed necessary
for the completion of the work.
