Information about the Studio Room
- available for use at Zoom In

Our rooms are situated on the second floor, with access by lifts to the first floor and stairs. We are open Monday to Friday between 9am and 9pm, and you can book rooms for either one, three, six or nine hour sessions. Dimensions - 3.6m X 3.2m (11sqm).

Please note this room is not really suitable for more than eight people.

Room layout

Choose the layout that best suits your event.

• Theatre-style: chairs in rows facing the front
• Boardroom-style: tables laid out in an rectangle shape
• Circle of chairs: chairs only.
• If you require a table too, please let us know at the time of booking.

Equipment

The following equipment is available for use:

• Flip charts (included in room rate)
• Additional flip chart pads (£10) 
• Slide projector (£10 half day, £20 full day)

Services

We offer photocopying services to users (subject to staff availability).

Duration of Sessions

Please note: three hour half-day covers either 9am to 12pm, 12pm to 6pm or 6pm to 9pm. Six hour full-day covers 9am to 6pm or 12 to 9 pm. Nine hour full days cover 9am to 9pm.

Charitable Status

The non-charitable rate will be charged unless a registered charity number or other evidence of status is provided at the time of booking.

Our offices are handy for all London locations. We are situated on Clapham High Street, midway between Clapham North and Clapham Common tube stations on the Northern line. Please find details of how to find us on our location page, where you will also find a map link.

To make a booking

Please see our How to Book the Studio Room for details for how to book fill in our Studio Room Booking Form. Please note that you must supply a deposit of 50 per cent of the use cost before your booking can be confirmed.
