Bad
presentation can undermine the strength of your work, this course
aims to evaluate your work, look at the best ways to edit and assemble
your strongest pieces and show your work to its best advantage. You
will evaluate what makes a good portfolio, examine your own strengths
and weaknesses and work on creating a fantastic presentation of your
work tailored to suit your needs whether for work, further educational
opportunities or for your own pleasure.

Who is the Photography Portfolio
course aimed at?
Photography Portfolio Building was created through demand for a course
aimed at those who need to develop a portfolio for course applications,
agencies, promoting work to potential clients or just for pleasure.
Progression Routes
Photography Portfolio prepares students for academic
study, vocational and employment opportunities. You may want to take
this course in conjunction with some of our camera based Advanced
Photography courses which include: Studio
Lighting, Medium Format Photography,
Photographing Works of Art and Large
Format Photography. You may also want to consider our Camera
Techniques, Travel
Photography or Professional
Basics courses.
When do we hold Photography
Portfolio classes?
Photography Portfolio is generally an evening course
but may be taken as a weekend workshop. Please see our Photography
Course Schedule for more details.
How do you join our photography
classes?
To join the Photography Portfolio workshop please check dates, prices
and availability on our Photography
Course Schedule page and then fill out our
Enrolment Form. If there are no dates available for the time you
want to attend please let us know by filling in our Course
Enquiry Form.
If you are a group wishing to book the course please also contact
us through our Course
Enquiry form or call 020 7720 2891 between 9am and 1pm.
We only need two or three students to run this photography workshop,
so we may be able to create an extra course if we have the demand.
